FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

What if the homeowner/agent doesn't want a photographer alone in their property?

We are more than happy to be accompanied by an agent or the homeowner can be present at the property with us. We strive to meet the highest professionalism and understand the level of privacy and security a home requires. Our standard procedure is when we receive access to a property, we leave it the way we found it. Nothing is moved and we make sure the property and all doors are locked before we leave the property.

What's included in your Real Estate Photography?

We take photographs of all major rooms in a property. This includes Kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, game rooms, pool decks, front exterior, and anything else the photographer finds credible to sell the property.

What if I don't like the photos?

Photography is a form of art, Every person views it differently. We take photos with the highest level of quality in mind but if you do not find it meets your standards, the photography session is still free until the property becomes sold.

How long does a photography session take?

It depends on the size of the property. We believe the average is around 1-2 hours.

Do you take special requests?

We do, but its a "case by case" basis. If a homeowner has a special feature on their property they would like photographed that usually is acceptable but if a homeowner is requesting 10 photos per room, we just don't have the time to accommodate those requests. Please feel free to ask us regarding any special requests and we will do our best to include them in our photography session.

Will my photos work on MLS?

Most certainly, We have been working with real estate agencies for a while and have a licensed real estate agent on our photography team. We are fully aware of all the restrictions and size requirements for MLS photographs.

What if we don't sell the property?

Then you don't owe us anything! We don't want our fellow agents to pay ridiculous fees and take high risks with photography companies so we only get paid when you do! All we ask, is that you come back to us when you have a new listing! :)

Where are you located?
